COMMERCIAL PRICES
◇WHAT COUNTS AS COMMERCIAL USE?-Merchandise-Art / Graphic made for shops or any business related work/ original domain websites.-Promotional material, CD covers, game assets, book covers, social media artwork, icons etc.-YouTube assets (banner, avatar, art in videos) and having my work on any ad supported sites/platforms.For commercial purposes, the starting prices would be 2x the price. It would increase depending on where it will be used.
TERMS OF SERVICE
◇CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
• Cancellations are acceptable as long as payment has not been sent yet.
• No refunds after the finished artwork has been sent.
• You can ask for a refund when I haven't started with your commission, however this would only apply IF ONLY ONE MONTH has passed. If the client requests for a refund when the sketch has been done, half of the payment will only be given.◇TIME • PROCESS • WAIT LIST
• No Deadline. MAX of 2 months turnaround time for ILLUSTRATIONS. Max of 3 months for ANIMATIONS.
• I will allow 2 revisions during the sketch stage and base color process only; like minor corrections for the pose and expression concept (if not specifically given), accessories, or and the color. Any major revisions and after that will have an additional fee scaling from 15$ (minimum) to 35$. I will not make any changes once the illustration is finished.
• Once your commission is completed, I will notify you accordingly. The files of the Illustration will then be sent over through google drive; Includes a full resolution image (PNG) one with and without my watermark.
◇PAYMENT
• Paying means you have agreed to these ToS. Any type of commission that violates these terms shall be cancelled.
• I have the right to refuse commissions that I'm uncomfortabIe and don't feel like taking.
• Artwork process time depends on the circumstances of the artist (emergencies, computer repairs, vacations, etc) so there is no absolute deadline/date that the client will receive the artwork. But I can assure you I WON'T take upto 2 months. Please do not rush me, I work better at my own pace. You can ask me for wips.
• Payments will be made through Paypal with USD ($) as currency. Gcash is also acceptable for local commissions. Please DM me first and let me know. Local prices are the same as international prices, it will be based by the current conversion rate.
• Payments will be upfront/full payment. Payment must be done within 48 hours or your slot will be given to others.
• Finished pieces may or may not be posted online. If the client wishes the artwork to not be shared, please tell me in advance.
◇PERMISSION AND COPYRIGHT • USAGE
• I do not work with individuals who support NFTs, nor do I accept commissions for the purpose of creating NFTs.
•You may use the commissioned artwork for social media profile pictures, Desktop Backgrounds & Wallpapers. You may post up your commissioned illustration from me, given that I am respectfully credited.
•You may not reproduce or manufacture my work into merchandise or anything that will have my work generate you any kind of profit; is solely for personal enjoyment, unless it is commercially commissioned. Personal merch for yourself (and not to sell) is okay.
Additionally, you may not go beyond the stated use/assets discussed for commercially commissioned illustrations.
•You may not claim, edit, trace, copy, modify, my artworks in any circumstances without my consent.
•I have the right to post your finished commission image with my watermark on any of my social media sites.(If you would not like your commission to be posted up please tell me beforehand).
